Horrible Organization! Refs are not enforcing the rules. The other team full court pressed the ENTIRE GAME and that’s against the rules. Only allowed in the second half. Also the other team had players 2 or 3 years older playing in younger grade level. Completely not fair. There was no regulation!

My son and daughter have been playing sports with them for years now. The parents that step up to coach the teams are amazing, and the facilities are always clean and well taken care of. We have enjoyed our time with PSA

Huggge place. V ball ,soccer, pickle ball, b ball.. plus snax .. would have gotten 5 but they put a b ball net in front of score boards in the blue area.

Nothing but a money grab! Parents you’re better off throwing your money to club volleyball or any other club sport they have teenagers running the places who enforce whatever rules they want when they want and there is nothing you can do about it really the worst company ever. Refs and supervisor don’t even pay attention. They’re too busy playing on the phone with each other.

My son has played basketball for three seasons now, and never have I ever had such bad experience with referees until we came to this location. Absolutely horrible. Do not come to this location!

Overpriced. Unorganized. Had 2 of 8 games canceled due to other team and not given any compensation from league when all we pay for is playing games. Disappointed that they don’t have an online tool to rent fields. Further they have an indoor winter league but have not worked with Plano Athletics to find practice space outdoors on week nights for young kids in many years of complaints. Pathetic.

Terrible experience, horrible customer service. They only care about collecting your payment, and hiding behind a “no refund” policy despite their failure to provide adequate service. They took our money for a basketball league, then spent 3 weeks trying to pressure us into coaching or the league wouldn’t make. Then they refused to refund our money after leading us to believe there would be no team for multiple weeks, only to finally send an email saying the same day practice was supposed to start. When we called to discuss, we were treated very rudely, and they unapologetically kept all our money.

Outdated facilities, poor maintenance, and limited amenities make it less appealing. Inconsistent management impacts the overall experience. Needs significant improvements to meet expectations. 🏀👎🏢 …
